  • How far in advance can I reserve a bouncer?
    As they say, “the early bird gets the worm.” You can book your bouncer any time you see available on our booking calendar.
  • Do I need a power source?
    Yes. You must have a power outlet at least 100 ft from the preferred bouncer location.
  • How big of a space do I need to have?
    This will be stated in the description of the bouncer you want to book.
  • What if the bounce house doesn’t fit?
    The bouncer needs the amount of space specified in the description of the bouncer you want to book. That space must be flat and clear of debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
  • What if the weather is bad and you can’t set up the bouncer?
    If we see that there is a very good chance that winds will be over 15mph or heavy rainfall, we will cancel the rental and refund you in full.
  • Why can’t I set up the bouncer in the rain/high winds?
    The equipment cannot be set up in the rain due to high risk of slips and issues with the electrical blower. In some situations, the bouncer may be set up with light rain (contact us). The bouncer must also be taken down if winds exceed 15 miles per hour because it becomes a safety risk even with sandbags and stakes.
  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?
    We have a no cancelation policy but we completely understand that sometimes plans change! We will allow you to reschedule for another available date. If you do not want to reschedule and we are able to re-book for the dates you reserved, we will refund you in full.
  • Do you deliver and set up?
    Yes! We will arrive at least 30 minutes before your event to get your bouncer set up. We will call you to arrange a set up and pickup time.
  • Where do you deliver?
    Our headquarters is in Kent and we deliver to almost anywhere in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Anything further than 20 miles from 98032 will be subject to an extra delivery fee. Contact us for more details.
  • Can the bouncy house be used both indoors and outdoors?
    Our bounce houses can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system. Please let us know which surface the bounce house will be set up on so we can bring the proper equipment. If the bounce house will be indoors please make sure that there is at least 15 feet of height clearance.
  • How long do we get the bouncy house for?
    Our rentals start at 6 hours. If you would like to book for longer, contact us for exact price details.
  • Are we able to pick up / drop off the equipment?
    No, Unfortunately, insurance will not allow you to handle our equipment.
  • Can I move the equipment after you have setup?
    No, due to health and safety/insurance you cannot move the equipment once it has been installed.
  • Will the equipment be manned?
    No, all the equipment is hired and unmanned, it is the responsibility of the hire to follow health and safety guidelines and ensure that no one is misusing the equipment.
  • Can you deliver to areas that have stairs or steep hills?
    If there are stairs or steep hills, it is up to the discretion of the To the Moon staff on whether or not the equipment can be delivered safely. If not, they may cancel your event or move it to another location. If 2 or more stairs or steep hills are required, you may be subject to an added charge of $50.
  • Is there a cleaning fee?
    No, cleaning is included in the price. However, absolutely no face paint or stilly string is allowed near or on the bouncer. These products can cause severe damage and permanent staining to the inflatable. If these substances are found on the inflatable, an additional $100 fee will be applied.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Delivery fees are based on how far your party is from the zip code 98032 0-15 miles - FREE 16-25 miles - $35 26-30 miles - $45 31-40 miles - $55
